Moneyskills app for iPhone and iPad

This app provides financial capability content through short video clips, E-zines and an interactive budget planner. Moneyskills app includes interactive content and materials centred on budgeting and making small savings.

Moneyskills builds upon existing work, adapting some of the tools and resources developed for the Managing My Money Project funded by the Money Advice Service’s £7 million ‘What Works Fund’.

This feature will allow you to set your financial goals to give you a target to work towards.

Animated info clips

These short, entertaining and engaging animated clips will provide tips on how to make small everyday changes to save more, how to save money by spending on the things that matter the most, or how to save for a rainy day.

E-zines

This bitesize content will deliver key money management information in an easy to read manner.
Interactive budget planner


The interactive budget planner will provide you with key insights into your spending, illustrating how much as a percentage of your monthly income goes on bills or food. This will help you understand how to make ‘small changes’ to your day-to-day spending.

The MoneySkills App has been created by researchers from Coventry University to help you improve the way you manage your money.
